With this testcard I was able to tell why the LIV feeds are so juddery. As can be seen the frame count goes over 25 so the source is originally 60hz. To convert the 60hz video to 50hz (hence the LIV Golf 50 ID) every 6th field is skipped, they are completely missing from the video. This is the most basic way to convert frame rates and results in very stuttery motion.
