It seems that TSReader Pro has been made free and can be legally downloaded here: TSReader MPEG-2 Analysis

Rod Hewitt KG6TTD (G6TTD) passed away March 2025 having spent a lifetime dedicated to programming and was the author of TSReader. His work will be available for download for free with just one version, TSReaderPro, being available both here and on a GitHub Page for others to continue the project.

Please feel free to donate to help us maintain the website hosting etc it would be very much appreciated.

I want to pay my highest respect for his achievements and hopefully his legacy goes on.

With access to the source code at GitHub, I was finally able to patch the Dektec support, so that newer cards like the DTA-2174 are supported for ASI input.

I am not sure how to share this, yet, has I am unfamiliar with GitHub.
 
The patch was not necessary - I found out that TSReader Professional 2.8.57 works out of the box.
