Jusdt checked it & its on air with the dreadful 2018 tv movie Megladon. Its certainly Farsi from the phone code numbers on the (long) advert breaks - +98 - Iran

RTA Sports HD (Afghanistan)

A new fta HD sports channel is always a bonus. Will be of interest for cricket fans as they have been showing much of the T20 world Cup Qualifiers tournament being held in the UAE.

English commentary at times. (With talkback sound audio as Im logging this one!) No DOGS on the video apart from the T20 logo when the games are on.
