Just curious!

Just how do those "pirate" channels actually get access to the sat transponders, especially if they are broadcasting FTA and thus no "revenue" from the viewers to "pay off" "whoever"?
 
Most of the TV on this transponder is from Iran so work it out for yourself.

Money talks - Arabsat flat out deny the totally illegal BeOUT sports retransmission service operation transmits off their craft even when its obvious :D

As you said, "money talks" - and so I should "work it out for myself", as should the rest of us :rolleyes:

And then there are "other countries" where the "same" might be "said" of them - & we should thus "beware" thereof :(
 
XO will be around for a few weeks or months until the authorities are pressurised into closing them down by the big studios - then at some point a new channel will pop up. Ive seen quite a few of these channels arrive & disappear over the last couple of years.

These channels are called mushroom channels here and broadcasted out of iIRAN.
They show downloaded films and serials from internet.
while films are sensored strictly by government these channels provide good opportunity to persian language people to watch unsenssored media.
