unusual no signal on tv

Hi there nice of you to accept me. I have a query hopefully someone can help me with. I have just set up a sky hd box for freesat and before hand checked the dish for signal and have strong readings both outside and inside the house. Connected the box and hey presto no signal. changed the box same thing. Scanned the smart tv for freesat and found 188 channels but again no signal. Anyone got an idea whats happening?
 
Was Sky Q previously installed? The LNB is probably a wideband Sky Q LNB. The telltale is a Sky branded LNB with two outputs. Either swap it for a mk4 Sky quad LNB or buy a Freesat 4K box.
