will english commentry be available on new sky sport F1 Sky Italia?

240 cm local motorized dish and 2 fixd 180 cm local dish with multi lnb VU+ DUO 2 yuner in use

Egypt- Cairo
Two ch from sky italia - sky sport F1 and sky sport F1 HD​

is the commentary will be italian lang- only - or will it have an english sub langue from sky sport F1 UK ( BSKYB )​
 
as they dont have anymore english commentatry during premiere league there could be just background voice in 2nd audio pid.
