No "Reply" Options (Certain Browsers only)!!

Yes, that version of Chrome (which must have updated extremely recently because it was the earlier version that I used about 1/2 hr ago) works correctly, but I had to clear all the cookies to prevent it trying to log in as that "banned" person! :rolleyes: It also shows the formatting bar.

NB: Posted in FF but then edited in Chrome!
 
And to finish this little research, on another xenforo forum ( NotebookReview ), but don't know what version vs this forum. No problems seen using the different browsers.

And now I can post again after nearly a week. This is unbelievable as I had to remove Satellites from the compatibility view in order to get back to about 85% functionality after the major "upgrade! earlier this year. And, of course, the formatting controls have disappeared,

Alt-S still doesn't work of course.

With my weekend away in the Peak District I missed all the fun:rolleyes: No problems logging in at all using the version of Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit), which is currently showing as being updated, perhaps the fun will then start
 
Any sign yet that this site issue is likely to be fixed in the foreseeable future?
 
That rather depends upon when @chris is next in a position to look into it.

To be honest, IE's been broken since the 90s, so, nothing new there... :-lmao
 
Using another PC at present. Sems to be with my main PC on Windows 7 there no box to add replies in? Anyone else notice this? On Firefox now and OK.
Did e mail admin twice but no reply.
Any thought anyone??
 
Bottom line: It seems some Browsers couldn't cope with recent changes to Xenforo.

Need to wait until your affected Browser is updated, as Pale Moon has been.

Is it because of this issue that your reply to a Post of mine about the Video from the Edision had no text other than the quote?

It's not an OS issue, but an incompatibilty that's recently arisen between Xenforo and certain Browsers.

The full tale is in the link I gave at Post #2.

I think it best if I merge the two Topics shortly.
