Oh, that's quite much offset! Maybe the grid as used by some Eutelsats ( 7A/7B/36B ) is used then:
10720.75 - 10762.25 - 10803.75 - 10845.25 - 10886.75 - 10928.25
11220.75 - 11262.25 - 11303.75 - (circa 11344 - 11382 - 11420)

How to retrieve this at ITU, is it under SNL or SNS, and does it need subscription ?

Those information can be found in the archives "SPS_ALL_IFIC and 30B" to free access.... The operators can change the frequency of the transponder, but always remaining within that range of frequencies. But those of monacosat seem correct.
Yes, I do not know yet how they are interconnected the beam.
 
A hour ago testing returns back. Test carriers 12226V, 12303V, 12380V, 12456V

Now that the 120 cm Laminas is operational again, I can finally see the tests!
Indeed, these two wideband tests come booming in. Similar dB readings.
 
which beam the channels are on, east or west beam ?
