That's true. but back in the mid 90s 7E was the main sat for Turkish tv and they did not like Med tv (Kurdish) broadcasting on the same satellite.
 
7b will soon be moved to 16.0E.

Some 7B europe B (11262H, 11304H, 11387H) have been moved to 7C east beam (11285V and 11410V)

Never have received 7B europe B here, but 7C east beam is 11-12db with 3m.
 
It will be interesting to see if there will be any increase in signal strength at 16e.
There is some beach volleyball this week.
 
Indeed, 7C is much better than 7B, the signal on new frequencies is very strong also on my 100cm dish.
