Yes, try. It will work, if you use the correct command line

This may or may not be related, depending on when the message appears.

In Fedora, after uploading the code, there's nothing in build_ext/neumowxsvg/bin except the existing svgview file. Just this connect error -->

You seem to have creates one non-working command from 2 separate ones....

You still did not execute the commands I requested. Don't start improvising.
Your last command does not specify and image, so of course it fails.
If the tiger does not appear, then you can also try some of the things listed here:

Cachyos. I do have the tiger image after correctly placing it in the neumowxsvg directory.
