It was the same for me earlier. The signals came and went. Seemed to be live weather recordings for various BBC ER and BBC World.

BBC feeds have been active between 12500 - 12750 H daily for a few weeks now, all election related. I wonder if the feeds will disappear once the elections have finished...

I did a search for 16APSK the only product available is this:-
TBS5925 DVB-S2 Digital High Definition USB2.0 TV Box for Satellite Feed Hunting 16APSK/32APSK/ACM/VCM/MIS

Surely they must be a receiver out there for these transmission that I could buy on line

Unlikely anyone would create a 16APSK receiver when there are no 16APSK DTH channels. And the less 16APSK receivers out there the lower the chance of encryption.
