Fairly sure I'm in the right region as I got a sizeable hump at 20300 ...but nothing else on the Norsat KaC ..
Hmm ..
wondering what sized dish you are using Feedsat ?
and are these linear or circular ?
If circular maybe I need to depolarise or at least rotate the Norsat through 90 degrees ..

With a 1.80m, this is circular but locked with a linear configuration.

Massively bushy tree in direct line of fire ...and being low on the horizon ..cant see over it with Carl ..
