good news here, ITV2HD, ITV3HD, ITV4HD back, but most of all default xpndr on 11778 is back.

No, we sorted all this as the least bad compromise last year for 2F!

Italy, for this purpose, is definitely Central and East.

West covers perhaps Germany, Spain. Benelux, Portugal, France etc.

Signals very strong(85Q) here on 2E's PE beam,East coast of Italy(up a bit and across from Rome).
 
We have family (SWMBO's forebears) in the NE corner of Lazio. They don't watch UK TV sadly!

Measurement taken with a 1.2 M Dish. Location Malta.
Can safely say saw an increase of in excess of 5db.
 
Western Greece,results in a rainy day with 1,2 dish and dm800 clone

Report from Czech Republic
I have dish with size 1m, LNB IBU twin. I live in Czech Budweis not far Austria .

Before changing I had signal about 14-15 db. There was a significant reduction in signal here. Astra 2F EU beam signal ranges from 11-11.5 dB.
 
Getting the transferd 2a tps ok here in Western Slovakia !
 
In Istanbul with 170 cm dish here is the result.

Excellent. Keep these very useful reports coming as the changes progress.
 
in hungary no problems with any of the pan-european beams, but this has never been an issue: 2a, eutelsat, 1n pe, 2f pe and now 2e pe - you can have problem-free reception with a 80cm dish - so these changes in the last couple of days hasn't effected us really.

tomorrow morning it gets interesting, when 2e uk goes live. for 2f uk we need a 4 meter dish, so we'll see how different 2e uk will be.

to astra 2e drop 5 db signal over mideast

This very early morning at 4.28 CET,BBC channels disappeared while I was watching......Some regional channels ,like BBC Scotland,lasted a few more minutes...My location is : Bologna,Italy...150 cm dish...
