bulsat on diablo 2 setting issue ?

My Satellite Setup
1m channel master, jaeger smr1224, Inverto black ultra twin, technomate tm-1500ci, broken receiver vantage x221ci, New additions Skybox F5s and technomate tm-5402 HD arriving soon.
My Location

I'm viewing bulsat channels that are still open on the diablo 2 cam, i've not used it in a while but i think its just a setting problem but while i'm viewing the channels i get a scramble channel message which keeps appearing.

can someone advise on the settings to use

i have the setting as

caids file bulsat
emu on
auto pmt off
emu priority emu- cards
fixed cw on

any ideas ?

Usually it's due to a conflict as two sources are trying to unscramble the same channel, is your receiver also trying to unlock the channels? It could also be trying to open the channel using a card as well as the keys.
Try turning off some of the options, and altering the CAID's file.
 
I have Auto PMT ON, but it shouldn't make any difference if you have Bulsat as your chosen CAID.

Also I have Fixed CW Off.
 
It's just the cam I'm using. My receiver vantage x221ci has the latest official firmware.

it must be a setting issue because using the standard caids list, canal digital 19e channels have started to act up.
 
Try formatting the cam and loading an earlier file. Whose keys bin file are you using?
 
I'm using ipnosys 0.35 with key bin file off empb.

I'll try updating to the newer file and see if there is any difference.
 
I haven't updated my EMPB file since well before Xmas, still OK with Bulsat Irdetos. Using Ipnosys 0.35.
