Hi guys sorry if this is not part of the french canal package, its on telenor @ 0.8. I just refitted a motorized system after moving and i was flicking through and seen this channel was saying "tune failed" all other channels SD seem to work, and the meter quality seems ok most about 80% is there anyone else having issues with this. Checked to make sure its transponder didnt change recently but its still the same on lyngsat, any idea

You list your receiver as a Dreambox 500s, a SD model, but you're trying to scan in a HD channel, are you using this receiver or a different one?
Also Thor is 0.8W, Canal Sat France is on 19E, can you please provide the satellite, and frequency, of the channel you're trying to scan in and the receiver you're using.
