This will also affect the TV Vlaanderen package which will also be dropping the compromised Mediaguard 2

They are already testing the system.
There are two idents transmitted.
The card swap will probably be first half 2009.

not all bad news then!:)

So yesterday i have received my new card for my subscription to C+ Netherlands.. So i guess the swapping is in full effect now. Only matter of time i guess before they have changed all.

Thought to let you all know this..

Ow... and get this:
They want me to pay 9,95 euro because they say that the swap is for better security and with this new card they garanty the channels in the future.. Bull shit what they need to say is that the system they use is hacked and that they are losing money..and that they want to keep the damage to a minimum.. By letting everyone pay for it

Like hell i will pay.. It is not my problem that they were hacked.. why should i pay for a new card i did not request, need or want

LOL :-rofl2

Swap isn't completed yet. They wil swap the cheap subscriptions at the end of this year.
As you said the 9,95 euro they want you to pay, but it isn't needed to pay.
If you don't pay nothing 'bad' happens.
