dreambox 7020 clone dont boot,

i have a new 7020si , out of box it doesn't boot. lcd screen just light up blank and keep this way. any idea whats the problem? i cant connect it with dreamup.

more info:
powar button seems to be working,
tried to connect the network cable with router but no connection or light as in its dead.

any idea what can i do from here?
 
Take it back as faulty. I can't see any point in attempting to get it going if its a fault under warranty. But if its a clone going abroad the insured postage is expensive.
 
Where did you get it from? - Get onto your supplier.
 
i bought it from dvbseller.com , i bought 800hd first then send them 2 times to fix it, but still they have a problem, so i asked 7020si instead thought it might be stable. now they send me this box doesn't even turn on.)(-red i dont know what to do. its cost me aroung €400 so far for 7020si because they wont give me my money back (deference between 800hd and 7020si), thats why i dont wanna send it beck again:-ohcrap
 
Pity you must be choked. OK to buy from abroad if its a genuine item and a reputable seller. Even buying a clone in the UK is dodgy because they are mostly box shifters but pay with a credit card you can get your money back in most cases. You will have to see if a local electronics expert can help.
