Your question cannot be answered as the details contradict each other. Your question is about 19.2 East but your title is
'Eurobird 1- Astra 2A/2B/2D FULL IN DUBAI' these birds are co-located at 28.2/5 East

Needless to say to receive the full transmissions from all the birds you mention would need in excess of a 510CM dish
 
Forget it - you would need a huge dish (probably 10m+) to get a reasonable selection of 28E channels

We KNOW a 7m dish is required for Astra 2D in Jordan / Israel so you are probably looking for triple that in Dubai.
