80cm Inverto Dish and a Technisat Digit Isio S2 Receiver

Good Evening,

If there are any Arabic speakers on this Forum then somebody may know the answer to this question.
Libya Al Wataniya seems to be missing the picture on this channel , the sound is fine.
I have checked the audio and video settings on Lyngsat , King of Sat and Flysat to see if there were any changes to the settings but they are all the same.

The other Arabic language channels on this transponder are all working fine.
I have an 80 cm Dish and the receiver that I'm using is a Technisat Digit Isio S2.
I even tried another receiver but this didn't make a difference.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this problem or whether the problem is at the Libyan end.

Audio only on my receivers, no video.

While you are waiting for it to return have you tried playing it on a stream on your digital device.

Yes , I am able to watch this channel on their website.
 
A rescan has restored the video, may have been sorted for a while as it's been a couple of weeks since I last tried.

The Picture suddenly appeared so that was a surprise.
I'm surprised that it took so long before they realised that there was a technical problem at their end.
Thank you for letting me know anyway.
 
Same kind of story happened a while ago with Niger television(RTN) on 9E
They had a 3-4 week period with green pixellated screen...sound just normal
& it came back suddenly...no comment whatsoever!
Maybe they hired a new technician who just screwed back some cable...
 
sometimes i lost signal of alarabia an skynews arabia while other transponders working well? does hotbird suffer anomaly currently?
 
I have never had this problem before , you would think that if a particular TV Channel was experiencing technical
problems that their engineers would notice this and rectify the issue.
