How to make Gam file

Does anyone has document about make own gam file ?

it would like to try one.. thank a lot

anyway, can u seggest me? what should i have before play around with gamma :)

1) i heard that i must have card reader that can input data file into smartcard

can u give me a name of it?

2) Software such gamma loader or sth
