Hi,

Please help....,.,.,

I have a technomate reveiver TMS-1000 D set up with a motor system. All FTA channels are working fine but now have few problem with scramble channels....So far I've been watching Premiere Sport Port and all other Premiere channels for free; but last week when I tried to watch a premiership game this message came up "Scramble channel". I checked with other premier channels the same message appear, but with premier direck everything is working fine. Can you please help me to sort out this issue? and keep enjoying movies and sport on premiere. Need your help people...what can I do?
 
Get the latest patch, I would presume, as it's AU at the moment. Also try the latest softcam.
 
I'm new to this world men...what's Au? where can I get a new softcam? patch??? I'm lost...can you explain please???
 
AU- auto update.

The a l s a t forum is the main support site for that receiver. I am sure you will find what you require there. Registration is required.
 
Premiere is no longer auto updating on many platforms. If your receiver is so affected you will need to load the keys every time they change

Look this is a self help forum - you want the keys - you go and find them. Ive given you the information you need to find some sites.

You cant be bothered then you do without.

and AS is right AU is off again on Premiere.

and we do not hold keys on this site, but they are very easy to find,
they are plastered all over the internet. They may even be in the same place you get the patch from.
 
AU is working on TM atm. You may need to leave it a couple of minutes to clear.

I' d like to do the AU but not very sure how to start...

Can I do it over the satellite or there is anothere way....
So sorry to ask you this ..I'm new to this world as I cannot afford a viewing card
 
AU is Auto Update, as mentioned, your patched receiver will do this for you.
Once you have patched your Technomate receiver you leave it tuned to one of the Premiere channels for a few minutes and the keys should update, once this is complete you can view all the other channels.
To access some of the channels, with your receiver, requires using the Portal channels.
All the information you require is on the site, please reaad the Technomate threads on the subject, and read Robbo71's second reply in this thread.
 
And if you can't get AU working ( I still can't, but I'm not bothered).
Just use the latest softcam, and load it using a null-modem cable between your serial port and your receiver.

Press '0' on the "PREMIERE DIREKT" channel for the movie portal channels. A similar procedure applies for the sports portal.

Can't seem to get onto that other forum at the moment it's asking for my username and password.
I put in the correct info but nothing happens.

Usually very good for Technomate info and help.
