Humax PVRs not recording

Anyone any idea why my 2 Humax PVRs have stopped recording but the Freesat UHD 4k is still working.

Problems started yesterday...i have had numerous calls and emails from many people about it
seems to be a freesat epg data issue affecting Humax boxes for planned recordings.
temp solution seems to be add 5 mins padding to start and end of planned recording...
and just wait until they fix
 
Received just now, some 20 hours after i first emailed them about the problem. The issue is now also on their status page
