I thought at first there was at first some friction with either radiation, or perhaps a need to keep things anti static in an oxygen rich atmosphere, but then I realised it was clickbait.

So, what uniform befits employees that will never get beyond the zero altitude room where they are looking at a screen ?

Dressing gown ?
Pyjamas ?
Lingerie ?
Skin colour ?

Perhaps the designer of this uniform is skilled at 'going commando'.

Perhaps BBC reporters are just trying to find any old rubbish to spout to it's eager consumers of fake news to bolster their hatred of Trump, the sooner they twig to the fact that he is a business man the better, it is not like anyone is expecting them to do a spacewalk in the uniform they are fatigues, so why re-invent the wheel?
 
I had also contemplated the camouflage outer might also be there to disguise the Borat mankini in radiation resistant tinfoil.

Yes you of course (as always) quite correct, I am currently experiencing what was before last June described as EOA but now it just classified as AD it is amazing what a birthday can do for you, my brain is shrinking along with my bank account.
