i have a dreambox 5620-S but cant get Sky or ITV, C4/ C5 why not

tripple LNB- 19,28.2, 13e
now actively CS
My Location
Harrow, Middlesex, Greater London
i dont understand this, its a brand new dreambox 5620, hooked up to a triax 1.5m dish has 3 dual LMB on it 2 pointing at the astra signals and 1 at hotbird so why am i not getting sky or normal channels

help anyone?
