Anyone in the uk can forget Amos 1 unless they have a seriously big dish.

i only read the start of this thread and so I tried to get it with 88cm in manchester and guess what..... Thats right I cant get it I wish I had read the whole post first...... still you live and learn

Update: they apparently decided to start with Destination Lost first episode of S2 is next Thursday!

So if you are able to receive Amos you’ll have to wait another week.

I take it Fox isn't strictly FTA unless you have 'special' receiver ;)

Can I get amos in spain? Ive tried before with the 90, and never got it. Its really annoying as i can get all the satellites around it but not amos. Any ideas?? Thanks

I'm not sure if you can get Amos in Spain but as with many other satellites official footprint is not always accurate. You could try with 11260H SR27500 3/4 transponder as it has standard symbol rate and relatively strong signal. nova tv is problematic on certain receivers one trick that sometimes helps is using 3347 SR instead of 3350

Anyone who speaks spanish (Just me then??? ) Perdidos is starting on April the 3rd on TVE1 at 9pm. This is a big improvement from the sunday night slot it used to have. Lost will be going up against Aqui no hay quien viva, on antena 3, which commands huge (8,000,000+)audiences. Its a soap opera similar to corrie, but with a spanish twist. So TVE must think they will be able to win over viewers with this new season.
