Now that the so-called un-crackable Nagra 3 is up and running, what will we Nagra 2 users do? Any idea how long it will be before it is cracked>?....and.......what will it entail for us Nagra 2 users to receive Nagra 3 signals?...Will it be a change in software in the receiver?

2) Eventually - no-one can give an answer to that

yeah nobody will answer your question because it could be anytime. Even if somebody did find a way around it they wouldn't be telling all the glory details on the world biggest satellite forum lol, things like that are best kept quiet.

They is a few things under development, florikey is a good piece of software but sadly doesn't include nagra3 unfortunetly but good for the keys.

As for cracking it its abit like finding life on mars, it might happen next time NASSA launch the next spacecraft to there or it may take another 10 or 20 years it really is that random.

As you have noticed it on ly takes a second for a channel to remain black, nobody on this forum knows info about everything so what i would say is this:

Do what i do, sit back and wait, nothing else you can do at the minute but the way its going in 2 or 3 years i may have to start subscribing to things.

I just check the channels every few days to see if it has become open again and believe you me if somebody did creack it you would soon know about it, you wouldn't have to ask on here.

I have read on another forum that it has been cracked but doesnt work for to long - i dont know how true this is, but as the others have said, we will just have to wait and see. It would be no fun if everything was unlocked all the time:cool:

Sounds to me like a gem of a find!

Anybody tried this? is the nagra3 working with TV cabo?

I'm not at home so cannot test it out :(
 
Nothing on that site worked for me on 30W.
 
i was just about to ask how you get it working, i've never like manually edited key's myself before but i looked on a few websites on how to do it and i couldn't get it working. Thats probably why mhku the actual key's probs dont work, but it did says dreambox so i persume it should of worked.

some guy from the satan's had a look at it and he said it was working so i'm not sure, maybe i did it wrong but this is what he said on a post elsewhere:
