What happens when you press OK for subscription status ?

Is it from one of the forum sponsors, (past or present ) ?

Have you tried the card / cam on a completely different system ?

it just shows the same page that i took a picture of.

not sure, was from eBay but wasnt the current sponsor. i did check their feedback before tho.

yes iv tried the card in two other recievers one using the cam & the other an official NC+ Nbox 5800S & is exactly the same messages in the Comman Interface menu & nothing clears.

It looks from the image that the card was activated in July 2013 and was renewed for a second month. March 2013 was the first year of satellite broadcast so unless I'm mistaken the card has been around for almost six years

thats what i thought, what would you suggest i do ? as the seller is less then helpfull

If you paid by Paypal then open a dispute with them and show them the evidence of the age of the subscription, that should be enough

There is a small chance you have an older style of Conax cam that will not allow the update to occur, which version is on the sticker ?

ok will do thank you

Before you do check the original advert to ensure that the wording stated it was a valid subscription

yes i have & it does.

thanks

Next time buy the nc card with RSA key. So no need for CI module. The rsa key goes in oscam via web interface. I can post more info if required..
I find Engima 2 not great with handling Common Interface modules.

never had a problem before with CI modules & Enigma 2. from what iv read online a few people have needed to get the activation signal resent but this seller wont help or even except theres a problem

Be careful with CI CAMs. Not all receivers are CI+ compatible, though most Enigma2 ones have plugins to make them work - albeit unofficially.

im using a Mutant HD51 which is meant to be CI+ compatible

I think you need to reboot the box but pretty sure it just worked. Without it, I had an error saying that the CI module was not authorised for use in my receiver.
