New Arte channel,French version 13°

No sound on my receiver,when the "usual" aac works elsewhere. Any idea as to why this transmission? &Arte seems alone on that TP...
and 720p only,the usual" German HD".
is 2000 aac a new thing?

Two channels are found:
"dvb-nip-vv" - black screen and no sound.
"legacy-pr" - Arte (1280x720) and french sound.

No idea what the purpose is though.

PID 2000 is plain AAC

Thank you,Enosat! So,I should have sound too. This said,the other Arte on Hotbird has a much better picture!

No idea what the purpose is though.

As you mentioned, "legacy-pr" is now for Arte, after last years it was a EUTELSAT promo channel.
Whereas DVB-NIP-VV has the same RAI streams, of course without being detected by regular reception devices.
