new channel on hispasat 1d i cant seem to find it!can u help?

My Satellite Setup
dreamboxhd 800 pvr
2 x dreambox 500s
globalstar-m6 free to air
1 metre dish
80cm dish
60 cm dish
all via diqsec switch.
My Location
england
looking for the the new channel tvi international,its supposed to be transmitted Free To Air on Hispasat (12591.00MHz, pol.V SR:30000 FEC:7/8 SID:500 PID:258[MPEG-4]/259. (2012-11-07 12h25)
from kingofsat.

i have put these in my dreambox but no channel,am i missing somthing here,is there another hispasat???
im in the south west.

Nope. Only one Hispasat (30W).

Your KingOfSat parameters are borne out by Flysat.

Is your Box MPEG4 capable? (Edit: Yes, it seems to be!)

Yes, the 800HD is, too: I assumed your profile was correct and initially thought you were using a 500S.

Can't check for you as watching Rugby.

Just tried this channel and defo working for me, FTA.

dont understand this i have put it in manualy and nothing,do you think because im using disqc switch is why this dont work???

Is there any way you can bypass the DiSEqC switch so we can eliminate that as the culprit?
 
12590 isnt too far from the dreaded L-band interference zone.

Do you have a dect phone or a broadband router near the receiver or the cabling??

If so pull all the power plugs out the wall and retry - and if its a dect phone make sure the hand unit chargers AND the base unit are unplugged.
 
thanks i rescanned using dvd-s2 it then found the channel but was blank snr0% agc83%,then i just look again and is on

snr 37%
agc 83%
ber 4025-6255 this is very high??

everything on hispasat is ok good signal rates.so its not my dish our reciver,must be a weak transponder,im using a 60cm dish.
maybe a bigger dish required for bad weather etc???

60cm Dish size is ample for 30W (If correctly aligned!).

Do you have a spare LNB you can try? On rare occasions, anomalies have been found by experiment to be due to some sort of incompatibility issue. Had this myself, particularly towards the top end of the Band.

dont really want to change all has been ok so far,its a new twin lmb has been working fine,but not for this channel,cheers for your help any way,will let you know if it gets better!!!

p.s for normal tvi on hispasat i have a snr 87% agc 86% and ber 0%.
