PA tannoy system cable size from amp to speaker advice

I have a customer that requires to talk to his property over a CCTV system, The CCTV recorder has a phono out which can connect to an amplifier to allow the user to speak in to a laptop microphone and the audio is sent out via the phono to a amp.

The customer requires 5 speakers / horns around his property externally, 3 x horns 50mtrs from the amp and 2 x horns 120mtrs from the amp.

Can anyone recommend what type of amplifier is required to power 5 horns, what type of horns are required and also the cable required to give loud enough sound outputs over the distances ?

Not an expert on this but for PA type apps you'd usually use 100v line equipment.... Quote - 100V Line speaker systems are sometimes referred to as "constant-voltage system" it is the most economical way to install a multi-speaker sound system. The term 100V system relates to the maximum output voltage of the amplifier. To generate this high voltage the amplifier is equipped with a step-up transformer, which increases the normal output voltage of around 30 Volts, up to 100 Volts - unquote

You can then have multiple speakers in parallel and use relatively light cable; the speakers have transformers which allow you to 'tap' the appropriate volume

A PA amp will often be designed to provide 100v line output
