Problem with recordings with Visiowave Hybrid lnb

Problem with my Horizon HDSM-USB Digital Satellite Meter.

I’ve got problems with my recordings on my Arris 4 k Freest box.
They are not fluid but seem to be jumping.
Does anybody know if this is to do with my Visiowave Hybrid lnb.
I have the Arris 4K box connected to this lnb as well as my
Humax Hdr 1100s and I don’t have any problems with the recordings on this box.
Any ideas?

Does the video jump when watching live or only on recordings? If it doesn't happen when watching live it isn't an LNB problem.

If it isn't happening when watching live then I'd guess the hard drive is on its way out. There's been at least two other members on here who had to replace the drive. If it's still in warranty contact Freesat.

You could try to reset the box to factory settings but I'd assume you'll lose all recordings. If you replace the disk you'd lose them anyway.
