Unfortunately I was unable to decode the audio. Perhaps it's some proprietary codec like apt-x?
 
3x 07 10 99 7B is repeated quite often

Very interesting, good find!

It seems that the difference with this one compared to the French stations using uMPX on 5°W is that the Kronehit uMPX isn't IP encapsulated, it's directly in the MPEG-TS packets.

I think we'd need a tool to decap the packets and forward them as multicast to be able to decode the content with something like Thimeo microMPX (which seems to require a multicast IP input stream).
