I made the same mistake initially, I thought all of them were at 11662V!

Also RAI HD has been on 5W for awhile I assume it's become RAI 1 HD.

The rest of the prog still seemed to be in 4:3 tho

They have really messed it up! 16:9 video content in 4:3, in a 16:9 transmission format!

Now how on earth can someone fix this! :mad_O
