the small on screen envelope!

We're new to NOVA and Greece and have just 'received' in the top right hand corner of our TV a green & white envelope - anyone know what this is and more importantly what to do and HOW TO GET RID OF IT? ............. Thanks
 
I'm sure you'll have figured it out by now but just in case... :)

The envelope is a 'mail message' from Nova. It's used to advertise upcoming events etc.

To remove, simply select the menu button, scroll to Mail Messages, read the message then press the arrow key to delete.

Once you've done this, the envelope disappears.
