Try to perform a full reset.
Also, try to upload the official firmware, then reset, finally upload PT1.18 again.

Could be a faulty receiver. Just get a proper receiver like an Octagon SF8008 4K.

Thats nothing - I have an old SkyHD box used for fta channels in the bedroom - it crashes at least every 2 or 3 days & needs a full power off / on. Most annoying is when you are tucked up in bed enjoying some NHK documentary & the bloody thing switches off mid programme.
