WANTED - "L" Sat bracket that someone has lying around for cheap or free?

Hi,

Installing SAT and need a "L" Bracket. I can order on ebya or loacally for £15 but I know people have spares lying about sometimes, rusting away-

ANy condition- i can repaint etc. Just thought we could recycle before splashing out for a new one.

I have a very old U bracket that I used for a 60cm dish rusting away at my parents.

What are you going to use it for? It's alright for a fixed dish but I wouldn't use for anything larger than an 80cm one and certainly not motorised (these need T&K brackets or at the very least a J bracket with supporting legs).

By "U" do you mean something like the photo?

You are like in Somerset. That will cost me like more than a new one to ship :(

Yeah, that's the jobbie. Some time ago (1993) it used to hold a 60cm dish for Sky on 19.2E...

Yeah I am in Somerset - probably cheaper to get a new one.
