which viasat card?

why is nothing easy?

i am looking to buy a viasat card/receiver for next seasons premiership as viasat guarantee every premiership game.

however, theres viasat denmark, sweden, latvia, any more ive missed?

which on to go for? do they all show the same?

all im looking for is a card that will guarantee me every prem game with an english commentary.

any suggestions?

With Sweden you get the 12:45 and 5:15 games in English on Sport Sverige's 2nd track. With Denmark you only get a Dansih track on TV2
 
The only card that will 1000% guarantee you every prem game,with english commentary is Admc Sports.

not really bothered about anything except for the 3pms as we have s k y for the others.

whats the crack with the latvian derivitive?

As far as I know they don't have the same rights. In that case Denmark would probably be okay, until the last day of the season.

All games have been English for me, except twice when one of the games was in Danish, rather than English.
 
ok, digital sales do the swedish none hd card for £1134. are the games all covered by the sd channels?

i would like to be able to use the card in a dm800 ;-) and as far as i understand it the hd channels arent sharable as yet?

You can only decode the HD ones in a proper box. Those on the HD channels will be on Xtra PL

Not really practical in the Midlands due to the size of the dish required!

sound, so the hd channels are duplicated on the sd channels then, just to be sure?

ok, just spoke to someone at one of the bigger uk card resellers and they are saying that viasat latvia also carry every prem game.

hell of a lot cheaper than the swedish too.

any thoughts?
 
AFAIK it's only Sweden and Denmark
 
Just to be picky no single broadcaster will guarantee all ten games live on the last day of the season when all ten games are played at the same time.

ADMC probably did but very few can check that. My records said that Viasat Sweden did not show all ten live, but it's too late to prove that one way or the other.

I just get very suspicious about claims for Viasat HD which are not easy to verify. I know that from some of the hard copy print outs which I still have there were many weeks during the 2010/11 season where Viasat did not show all ten matches according to the well known published listings.

Just a friendly warning to any who might splash out a lot of money on this.
 
last game of the season doesnt really bother me tbh, there are other avenues available.

what im looking for is a card which will get me 99% every 3pm game on a saturday.

its just which to get. it will be a viasat card as admc is out of the question, however ive seen a lithuanian viasat package fairly cheap, im still buggered if i know which card to go for!

Yep, had them on TV10 and stuff. Not just the sports channels
