the "Edit profile" button on my profile page gives me the message

You are not permitted to modify all or some of your profile information.

Can I have permission to do this, please?

This is probably due to spammers abusing the forum privileges, so some previous entitlements have had to be removed.
An administrator should soon be able to help you.
 
Please indicate what you would like to change.
 
I'd like to hide my date of birth and update the setup information. thanks.
 
We have hidden your DOB year but you should be able to modify your basic profile.

I hope that I am not hijacking this thread but I noticed a similar problem.I also went into my profile to change my satellte setup.There appears to be no way to change this.Is this because of the new forum setup.
 
Anyone who wants their details change & cant find a way to do it post it here and one of the staff will sort you out :D

Well I changed mine less than a month ago.I cannot do it now.I cannot find a way to do it.Perhaps you will tell me.
Ive just found something else too.The smileys have gone missing.

I would like to add 36E to my profile,would it be easier to just copy this info down into the signature and then it can be altered by me easily?
