What is the best twin cable for a motorised dish?

Here is some info (hope I've covered most things!)

Instructions on how to fit an F-plug
How to fit F Connectors to coaxial cable for Sky and Freesat

You will need:

F-connectors – general
http://cpc.farnell.com/search?st=f%20connector
You need ones for 6.8-7mm outside diameter cable (WF/CT100 is 6.8mm)
And I suggest these: F-connector with O-ring but there are numerous others on that site, ebay, etc.,:

NB: suggest you order twice as many as you think you will need!

Cable stripping tools – various dedicated coax cable strippers:

You can find a very wide selection of cables here.
In my experience, buying them too cheap is a very bad idea. Go for quality, it will pay off in the long run.
 
The thread is about a year and a half old so I would hope that Loquacious is sorted by now!

Since his final comment in the other thread about how to actually set up a motorised dish at around the same time he started this one, we haven't heard anything at all from him - he came, asked questions and then "disappeared".
 
Sadly we quite often don't hear about the final installation. It's really nice when someone asks for advice and then finishes the thread by saying that everything worked. Or at least finishes the thread!
