Nothing here even with the correct symbol rate of 10000 Vertical,
OK here on ITV-1 HD 28.2°E.

Wow so you can see approx 4 Transponder active and you are in Romaina?
What dish size?
This bird is excellent for feeds\sports, but very weak on a Channel master 1.2M in NW England
 
Yes, I'm from Romania, in the north-central part of the country; the antenna is 1.50m.
There are some feeds that are received with a 1.10m dish at this position; it is indeed rare.

Whats the best LNB for a channel Master Dish? what are you using?

I find the Invertos good. I'm using an Inverto PLL Quattro linked to a Technisat Multiswitch
