Radio Mars (30w)

After another scan with IQmonitor, you can see a few more muxes since the last search. Who knows, maybe an SDR device can confirm the existence of an active mux, maybe with a low symbol rate below 100 Ks/s(?).
Probably 11698 V,165, is a beacon and not something else.

Nice work, seems like this scan picked up the same two narrow frequencies from my SDR spectrum view - at 12520.07 and 12520.18V with SR 182 and 105 respectively.

Maybe somebody will be able to lock them.
