you should start a new thread for your specific issue.Had a lot of issues recently with the old SKY+ HD box not showing programme info for "next" programmes etc., on many channels - is old age finally catching up with that box?

Have also seen 'programme information not available' or whatever the message is when looking through the EPG. Sometimes the title is shown on the EPG grid but other times not. There's also been mentions of it on the official Sky forum in the past few months.Had a lot of issues recently with the old SKY+ HD box not showing programme info for "next" programmes etc., on many channels - is old age finally catching up with that box?
My guess is everyone has been seconded to the Glass/Stream department to solve the numerous issues it has rather than bother with us Sky+ HD stragglers

We will never move over to Sky Stream. When they turn the satellite delivered content off I'll cancel the sub.My guess is everyone has been seconded to the Glass/Stream department to solve the numerous issues it has rather than bother with us Sky+ HD stragglers

Erm, one of the Staff has kindly moved my post yesterday to start this new thread - so thank you!
Thus it seems that I'm not the only one to report the issue, and it may well not be related to the box! - so let's see who else here has encountered the problem??
PS: As I said, I'm not particularly bothered by the problem and I can "live" without a solution - the only one here that might possibly bothered by it might be SWMBO, but I think that's rather unlikely.
PPS: if it is this particular box, then I've got a couple more old (and free to me!) 2TB SKY+ HD boxes to try before I even start to getreally irritated!
PPPS: I'm also one who is not "Glass oriented" - no need!
