It 's listed at 11224 V ,SR 41670 3/4 by Flysat!
What does sur a high SR rate mean?
A new kind of multistream?

It's not actually a new package, just a new frequency. It's been on 12467H for almost a year now. It's IPTV as far as I know.

21.6E_10722 V,30000,2/3,8PSK-Program 1101 Demo Here is a mux with multiple IP streams, but although it is free, it cannot be viewed because it is encapsulated. It manifests as a generic stream even though it is not of this type.

ok yes MPE= multistream,i should have known
So,is this an IPTV transponder supposed to be distributed by some operator for North African diaspora members?

That´s what I can see with TSAnalyzer (11227 V 41667)...

So there are 10 programs on pid 0x07d2
 
and no way i can pick that up uon my receiver,including the multistream one?
 
and then it seems to have petered out according to Kingofsat,like most things Algerian!!
 
the Algerian bouquet seems now to be on 7w at
11679.57HC25MENADVB-S28PSK27500
so,11680 H 27500 on 7w.
 
As dreamsat showed, this is not MIS. It's just a classic. The minimum for LOCK is 7.9 dB.

Kingofsat says 11679V,27500
I can't get it...
