Most other transponders on Hotbird show 99 % (a couple show 95-97 %).

The Vivacom transponders showing so high values in southern parts of Sweden and absolutely nothing i SE Scotland at about the same latitude must be evidence this is not a widebeam.

the values in % must be taken with the same devices
because I have the same system with the same dish, lnb, PC, but with 2 different cards I have different values
therefore the values expressed in % are not very reliable

Exactly and another thing is the fact the receiver can't show more than 99 % even if real value is much higher.
So absolutely best is if the values are shown in dB.
 
Lyngsat has now changed the beam used by Vivacom from "Super" to "South East".
I don't know on what grounds this change is made.
Anyway the signal continues to be very strong at my place and is now even stronger than at the beginning of these transmissions.

Hi, don't forget that Lyngsat and Flysat sites are made by personal experiences and receptions, not by official sources. That's why when you click on the "South East" there is no specific beam (it doesn't exist officially). Anyway, waiting for a Eutelsat confirmation.......
 
a few months ago eutelsat built terresterial infrustructure in Bulgaria. so vivacom has been long term customer of eutelsat and it is possible other parts of united media join 13 defree slot.
 
Bulgarian platform Vivacom moves from 45 East to 13 East

Bulgarian pay-TV operator Vivacom has announced the move of its DTH platform Vivacom from the Intelsat 38 satellite, which is located at 45°E, to the hotbird at 13° East.

From 1 April 2024, the official distribution of the service will take place at the new position 13°E and simultaneously at the original 45°E.

Parallel distribution of the Vivacom platform at positions 45°E and 13°O will take place until 31 December 2024. Until then, customers' receiving dishes will have to be rerouted from 45°O to a new position that will benefit not only the operator thanks to the capabilities of simulcrypt, but also the viewers themselves, who will have access to hundreds of TV and radio programs.

16 June 2022 – United Group, the leading provider of telecommunications and media services in Southeast Europe, initiates steps to consolidate its DTH services across the region into a single platform by sending an RFI to a select group of satellite operators for satellite capacity to support its plans.

United Group operates three DTH services through NOVA, Total TV, and VIVACOM brand names in 8 countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia) reaching out to an audience of 40 million people.

The move will allow the Group to take advantage of new transmission standards and compression technologies to maximise the efficiency of its operation. At the same time, it will enable the introduction of new, increased quality and innovative services for TV subscribers well into the future.

The current configuration of United Group’s DTH operations includes multiple satellite operators, multi-orbital positions, older compression technology, and an amalgam of receiving antennas of varying sizes. The consolidation and reorganisation of the Group’s DTH services will involve the selection of a single satellite orbital position, a unified STB and CAS, a one-size TVRO, and a unique Teleport to uplink the content.

Srdjan Djurdjevic CEO of United Cloud – the innovation centre of United Group- stated that “consolidating all TV services in a single platform, is much more than a business decision. It is further proof of our commitment to continue evolving next generation services, through next generation satellite possibilities”.
 
Blimey 16E could take a battering if they consolidate onto 13E. This would suggest Total TV will move to 13E - and they have a dozen or so frequencies in use at 16E
