I used Dishpointer without any problems in the past.After pressing search all I get is a green marker showing my residence as per screen shot.
The App on the mobile phone is useless as it does not show motorised etc.

So you've managed to enter your location, in the (left) red field at the top of the screen.

Now in the right red field at the top of the screen, click the 'down arrow' at the right, so that a roll-down menu appears.
In that menu, look for 'true south/true north' (or the motor you have).

That'll work, I guess.

Sorry but the site is not working for me.I used it in the past and simply dont know what has gone wrong.
 
I have no problems at this end, it might just be computer problems or some settings in the AV or malware programs installed on the users PC or notebook..

On the website (using a mobile) when I enter an address or coordinates in the location box nothing happens, changing satellite or installation type doesn't do anything either.

How can this problem be fixed?
 
It works fine on my PC and laptop, it must be a problem with the mobile app

The problem is still there this morning.Could someone contact DP Technologies Ltd in England who holds the copyright and ascertain how this matter can be resolved.
That will be appreciated.
 
I'm using an Android tablet and Dish pointer is showing the same problem. It displays my location but no direction for the satellite.

I cannot click on the "Disclaimer | Privacy Notice" buttons at the bottom of the screen (though the rest of the website functionality is still OK, with me).
And don't live anywhere nearby.

The present owner also never repaired the missing question mark link here: " LNB Skew [?]: "
So I don't know if someone is really taking care....

Same situation here ... on win 7 laptop and P.C. ....... was ok the last time i used it - just a few months ago.
