This week i finished for a member a servo skewed BlackUltra and his Titanium C lnb at a polarpipe .
Did that last one some time ago but the Titanium rotating deep IN de polarpipe does not work wel over the time .
In the new version I use a industrial rubber sealed bearing that runs very smooth and playfree .

I can create an interface module to manage multiple Polarotor servo motors.But how many would I need?
Of course, the PCB could be partially equipped. I was thinking of 4 outputs, but FEMI would like more?
The principle would be to connect this module to my LNB-changer output and decode the diseqc command from SAT number 1 to 16 to activate a relay that would supply +5V to the selected servo motor.
This module would be at the foot of the mount in series with the LNB-changer motor.
 
Hi Dreambox1959, I made the test with your posi and the Trust’s skew system (very beautiful) with lnb + servo motors, but I can’t move anything. Power supply is enough? I think it is better that I send you the positioner + lnb ku/servo + lnb C/servo and please made for me a new interface module to move the two servo motors and a new sw to record for every satellites 4 values of polarization: H/L for Ku & H/L for C band.
Is it necessary of two cables (3 poles each) or one (6 poles) to drive the servo motors ?

I only need to control a single servo. I could possibly make an interface using Arduino or similar by doing what you said - decode the LNB changer output diseqc signal and convert to servo. But you could probably do it better and neater!

how do you do the tests ?
in my posi settings you have to select polarotor type instead od universal to activate pulse for polarotor .

if servo motor is used only for adjusting skew , you need only one settings : a global value for one H/V LNB (universal or titanium C band)
in my original firmware there is two values : one for each polar H and V but if you have new LNB it s not useful .
i have made this kind of software for me for my egis motor with universal LNB (one offset value for one sat position)
i think it s that kind of setting you need .
 
I made the check with a servo tester (as Trust suggest) and a little (and perhaps not optimal) AC/DC adapter 5v 250mA not stabilized. The servo motors move together regular connected all the tester (as show in the photo below).

For Dreambox1959: do I need of a new interface? Can you made one for me to use all two polarotor ? Is it better that I send you all the lnb with servo motor and my positioner to check all local ? Let me know to manage the shipment.

no , not useful to send everything ! i own some servo motor.

i have to check if 5v supply is strong enought for 2 servo .othewise you can add a small power module near your mount to supply 5V.

maybe 5v supply can be made with 18V out from diseqc motor (lnb-changer)
 
For Dreambox: I couldn’t change the setting on your positioner (type: polarotor) with program dial8 and serial link

Perhaps it is better to send all lnb+servo+positioner to check everything. Let me know Dreambox1959 and thank you (Dreambox1959+Trust) for your time.

You connected them each to a separete port in fact that’s not what Patrick asked for . Do you have a Y cable to test them together at one port ?
 
Finally I change in polarotor type in JPC positioner and then I made the test with posi. The servo motors don’t move.
Let Dreambox1959 check the situation, I write him in pvt with all details.
In Menu satellite > es HB 13E > Polar,Lin V: +051* if I made some + or - the servos didn’t move.
I check to connect one servo and don’t move.

Incorrect connections
You must use + and GND on the POWER terminal block
and then SK on the command terminal block
