Advice Needed C120 PLL Universal Ku LNB (Where to get)

Sure but some advices to cut properly LNB can be useful , even if it's not a Diavolo

@AtOM13 you firstly strip your Megasat Diavolo V1 to see whether it is even possible to make adjustments. I think you will need the lathe to properly cut LNB. Post some pictures of the LNB without cover.

Ok, I will test with my C120 IBU first and if I'm not satisfied with results, I will adapt the Diavolo

Ok I've removed cover and plastic of the Diavolo

I am afraid there is too little "meat" to work with. If you decide to reduce diameter along the red lines, the whole thing can fall apart. 20250715_165906a.webp
Other LNBs, like IBU have longer waveguide pipe with thicker walls. For example how those 2 LNBs converted to flange connection IMG_20190906_150751.webp

Cutting perpendicularly across the ends of the two red lines may liberate a piece of metal that can be fabricated into a C120 flange to bolt onto the universal feed.

I'm in a dilemma by sacrificing of my two Diavolo... have better gain or destroy it

A lot of pain for little (if any) gain.

How much for a sacrificial LNBF these days ?
Fair point. I have chopped many a LNB for converion to C120. The Diavlo Mk3 I would think lends itself better for conversion with a longer waveguide. The best ones as regards results for me were the Invacom 40mm ones to C120. When done looked no different than the pukka ones and performed just the same unlike some, which were much worse than leaving them as they were.
