Satellite settings on Zgemma H7

My Satellite Setup

Hi All,
I'm new here and I'm looking for a bit of advice on a receiver that I have, My son was staying in my home while I was away for a few weeks and he said he was "messing around" with the settings on on my Zgemma H7 receiver. I've attached a couple of photos of the error that is showing when I turn the TV on and the Tuner page...I'd appreciate if somebody can notice anything that I need to do with the settings. TIA

Can you give more info about what is in the LNB settings menu? LOF-frequencies, for instance?
For a so-called "legacy" setup, no obvious wrongs are visible in these two screens of your setup.

What kind/type of LNB is at your dish?

Check under LNB configuration if the voltage has been switched off.

Or unplug and wait for ten minutes.

I'm afraid I cannot see anything obviously wrong from these settings. More info would be needed: What type LNB is there (Legacy or Unicable), are there multiple LNBs (instead of just one), is there any equipment between LNB and receiver, what other settings are there in the menus, etc....

To start with, you can try

I have that Zgemna H7S open in front of me. Have you 2 cables connected and can you say the image and skin you are using. menu information about. The tuner that has advanced should say simple you just toggle with arrow key and green to save. But check cables as well.

You can check each tuuner is getting a signal by going setup, next may say reception or tuners & scanning, depends on image, then select signal finder and first one is tuner A and pause and then you get a signal and lock, then arrow right and pause same thing. red and exit
