Yes, BROADCOM can now see the signal with PLS
Only AVAILINK and MONTAGE do not require PLS

I’m getting a lock but no channels. Does anyone know the Stream ID?

The stream 11760H has some special properties: it uses physical layer scrambling, but is not a multistream. This confuses some drivers, so will need some fixes to the drivers and perhaps user space. In addition, the stream is T2MI as well

I have had some success i impementing the needed changes for stid135 (code not yet released):

Similar to 11492V on 30 West
It is interesting that cards with the M88RS6060 do not require a PLS value

I need to check if Availink on Osmio4K also supports auto PLS discovery, because if this is the case, then my estimation that the streams migrated to Short frame was wrong all along. The signal was lost on Silabs tuners because it does not support automatic pls if this is the case. Now that we have found it out, the signal is back.

OSmio 4K+
30W/11492V - weak signal
30W/11329H - works without defining MIS and PLS
5W/12606V - need defined MIS and PLS
1W/10717 - need defined MIS+PLS
9E - weak signal
13E/11219H - need defined MIS+PLS
16E/12537V - need defined MIS+PLS
39E/10913V - need defined MIS+PLS
39E/11761H+11778H - works without defined MIS+PLS

It is likely that the PLS automatic system only works with transponders without MIS or MIS-0

PS: ShortFrameFEC works only with Availink FW 1.8.29209 (Edision delivers FW 1.8.27697)

I'm pretty sure I have managed to get Short frame with my Edision OSmio4k...

For example, the Siminn package uses ShortFrameFEC on 1 West (and also many IP transponders)

Probably not. More likely, the most commonly used PS codes are just built into the software.

In your PLS findings, 211867/242133 was not listed among the commonly used ones

I've only tried it on 5W/12606V; the MIO 4K automatically detects the MIS and PLS using blind scan

Hello,
Since the publication here of the TP/Hellas Sat at 39° East
11761 H 15157 mis gold 242133 (root 211867) - T2 mi plp 0 Pid 4096
11778 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On my Octagon 8008 twin with the Open ATV and Open Pli images, the two TPs were installed and received manually and easily.

With Define 7.0 - SW 1.06.61:
SW accepts all parameters, but during the scan, with S = 92% and Q = 100%, no program is found.

The strangest thing is that in the TP editor, after the scan, with MTS = ON, the Root ID consistently changes from 211867 to 262142... and Q = 0%. This is undoubtedly a limitation of SW Define. If anyone has found a solution, please share it.
