It's the same WDR 11D stream on 12645 V from 23.5E
There are two streams in 228.10.1.5 and 228.10.2.5.

Strangely, although stream 2 WDR displays the list and images, I don't hear any sound.
I seem to be missing the right codec, although it is okay on stream one.

I don't think it's codec problem. The stations are mute except for "Test9" where i can hear an audio tone.
The codec used is the usual HE-AAC.
Funny that i can receive the DL+ and the Slideshow.

It seems like they’re probably just silent while they start terrestrial testing in Germany (I saw somewhere the other day that some 9A transmitters have started up). When this feed started a few months ago on 23.5°E it was carrying the actual sound of various WDR2 and WDR4 regional variations, with real service labels rather than “Test 1” etc.

hi! with the help of Enosat (great work) because he posted the lamedb with the specifications.
now i can listen the dab radio channels on the stream 228.10.1.5
but on the stream 228.10.2.5 i cant...
any help? im talking about 19e
